Classes are based on the 6 principles of Joseph Pilates. These are concentration, control, centring, flow, precision, and breathing.

The classes are 60 minutes long. Class numbers are limited to 12 to allow for individual attention and correction. Equipment is provided.

No, the is suitable for woman with or without experience of pilates. Each exercise is show at a begineers level. Then more challenging options are shown. You work at your own level.
