As a Holistic Core Restore® coach it is my job to deeply guide you in a process that will improve the way your belly looks, feels and works, rid yourself of backpain, reconnect to your Pelvic Floor so that you both FEEL and FUNCTION better.  


This usually  a face to face programme is delivered by me on a 1:1 basis but there is potential for online coaching too. 


The length of the programme will be determined by your progress and the timeframe suggested by me with appointments spread over a months rather than weeks with key nutrition, lifestyle and exercise prescription for inbetween your face-to-face sessions.  This offering is ALWAYS utterly bespoke to you simply because a Diastasis is as individual as the woman experiencing it and your Coach is taught to completely tailor their advice to your needs and ‘meet you EXACTLY where you are now’.


I will provide you with a few items of simple exercise kit and your Holistic Core Restore® Client Education Booklet so that your education about your body is not only ongoing but EXACTLY what you need to do to be successful is 100% clear.  I will also make herself available to you outside of your face-to-face meetings to ensure that you’re truly supported in your recovery journey.

The programme is personalised to you and will include some massage and other soft-tissue therapy. Every programme is based on a 1-1 consultation followed by plan for what is best for that client.


The programme starts by getting the basics of posture and alignment timproved including soft-tissue work/remedial massage and to bring balance to your entire body.


It’s a multi-phase programme where the exercises are progressed. I am with you all of the way, ensuring your progress towards your goal and also that your route to success is adjusted as required. This programme is NOT ONE SIZE FITS ALL!

The programme has a strong focus on HEALING NUTRITION TOO! 100% .  We heal from the INSIDE OUT!  And I have simple but highly effective strategies for helping you get the specific nutrients required to heal your Diastasis into your diet easily and without fuss.

We employ ‘CAN DO’ strategies for helping you REST and DE-STRESS.  The high cortisol levels associated with the Post Natal period also slow healing and cause you to hold fat around your middle.
