About

The hot and sweaty membership is a fun varied way to exercise. You have access to a wide range of pre recorded work-outs(Over 7hrs and growing) , live classes and support from Natasha via watap - to keep you motivated and answers any question.  The membership is based on the hot and sweaty class -  short 30minute pevic floor friendly, full bodywork out.  The work-outs include modifications so you can start at the right level for you.  To balance the work-out there is access to Holistic Core Restore (r) Rel-ease

 

Suitable for postnatal mums & those who want a pelvic floor friendly work-out (low impact) Burn calories, strengthen the body functionallyfor daily life and to strengthen the core. If you are early postnatal it is recommended that you attend postnatal pilates first.

Comfortable clothes, socks, towel & water. If you have a a gym mat you are welcome to bring them.
Functional Mummy Fitness is suitable for mums once they have had their 6 wk check (c-section between 8 to 12wks after delivery)
Regularly - as a new mum this can be tough so try to walk regularly and if you have energy do bit more.
Don't worry you can settle them if you need to, fed or change them. Do what ever you would do at home.

The class starts consists of:

Warm-up -  which gently increases circulation and includes mobilization exercises and stretches.

Main Work-Out - Functional exercises improve posture, strengthen the core and maintain fitness for during pregnancy, labour and for life with baby after. 

Cool Down - Stretches & Pelvic Floor Exercises

 

The class then finish with 15 minutes relaxation and breathing exercises for use during pregnancy and labour.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 24HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY – PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU CAN’T MAKE A 24HRS BEFORE OR A SESSION WILL BE USED AS YOUR SPACE IS BOOKED. Your booking can be extended twice.
 
If you miss a class you are welcome to attend a similar class to catch up the session if there is space available within 2 weeks of missing a session. Please inform me by email and I will confirm your catch-up session.
