Holistic Core Restore® 'Everywoman' is a Pelvic Floor, Core and women's fitness/wellness programme comprising of:
Movement & Exercise
You'll follow the programme in-person with your Coach for 6 weeks (phase 1) and then continue the programme for a futher 6 weeks in the comfort of your own home via our ONLINE PORTAL(phase 2). You Coach will still be guiding your but you have the convenience of not needing to leave home and continue your journey to awesome Pelvic Health!
The programme is adaptable for virtually all women, and your Coach will work to ensure that the programme is tailored to suit your particular goals. Ultimately, it's designed to confidently 'bring you back home' to your amazing body with your Pelvic and Core Health at the centre of our focus.
