I am very excited to be sharing with everyone that I will be running Holistic Core Restore® Pelvic Floor and Core Fitness Programmes in Windsor, Slough and Datchet.
I love helping women exercise during pregnancy and in the postnatal period. I enjoy helping woman be the best that they can be physically and mentally. I have chosen to become a Holistic Core Restore® coach because as a personal trainer who is passionate about woman's fitness and health I can see the training and support they offer is amazing. I have been inspired by Burrell education who developed the Holistic Core Restore® programme time and time again and wish to share that with as many woman as possible.
There are several amazing programmes to help woman reconnect with their core and pelvic floor at many different stages of life.
I will be running a Holistic Core Restore® Everywoman course in January 2019. Enjoy 6 weeks of education regarding your pelvic floor, core, nutrition and women’s fitness/wellness at whatever life phase you’re in. The programme is adaptable for virtually all women and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your pelvic and core health at the centre of our focus.
