Join Simple-Changes online for regular pilates sessions via Zoom. I love teaching pilates and being able to contiue the sessions online has been a really positive experience for me and my clients. I would love you to join too. I am a expeienced instructor and I am able to adapt the exercises as needed for each person. You will need to complete a health screening form prior to class so that I can ensure all exercises that you do are safe for you.

 

Life has changed and we are moving less, working from home and stress levels are high.

 

Pilates is a gentle but effective way of moving to reduce tightness in the body, strengthen the body to improve posture and effective at reducing stress levels. Pilates required concentration and is a way to focus you mind on your body and how you move. 

 

If you do pilates correctly it is not easy but rather challenging to ensure that you use the 6 principles of Joseph Pilates. These are concentration, control, centring, flow, precision, and breathing.

1) Strengthen your core to reduce back/hip pain and improve pelvic floor function?

2) Relieve pain caused by bad posture.

3) Learn pilates in a safe small class and work at your own level?

 

 The classes are 60 minutes long. Class numbers are limited to 12 to allow for individual attention and correction. Basic equipment is required but simple alternatives are available to use from every day items.

 

You will:

- Focus on core strengthening back, abdominals

  and pelvic muscles.

- Tones whole body &  flattens tummy.

- Reduces stress by promoting deep breathing

  which increase and relaxation.
