How it works:

1) Book on to a taster or purchase a class pass.

2) Book onto the classes you wish to attend

4) Receive your invitation to join the private Simple-Changes Pregnancy Group on Facebook & watap group.

3) 24hrs prior to your class receive a Zoom Link to attend your session.

5) Work-outs will be made available to you via the facebook group or email while your class pass is vaild.
