Simple-Changes is experienced with working with women during and after pregnancy, in weight loss and toning up. After pregnancy new mums want to return to pre pregnancy shape as fast as possible. Simple-Changes helps mums to do this safely and effectively. Basic core strength is established and then more intense exercise can be added to help burn calories and burn baby weight. Sessions are tailored to each individual and can be changed as needed eg reducing intensity if there has been a tough night or vice versa.
