Reduce tightness, numbness, or pulling
-
Improve blood flow and healing

Can you still massage older scars?
Yes! Even if your C-section was months or years ago, scar therapy can still be beneficial. It’s never too late to support better function and comfort.
What should I wear to a session?
Wear comfortable clothing. You may be asked to lower your waistband slightly for access to the scar area. Your privacy and comfort are always respected.
Is it safe after multiple C-sections?
Yes – massage can be especially helpful if you've had multiple surgeries, as it helps release deeper layers of scar tissue.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just bring yourself. If you’ve had recent clearance or notes from your doctor or midwife, you’re welcome to share them, but it’s not essential.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your scar, how your body is healing, and your goals. Some people feel relief after 1–2 sessions, while others benefit from a few more for lasting change.
