Pregnancy Pilates FAQ
When can I start Pregnancy Pilates?
You can begin from 12 weeks (2nd trimester), once you’ve had your routine scan and received clearance from your midwife or GP and feel like you have a bit more energy.
Do I need any Pilates experience?
Not at all! Classes are suitable for complete beginners and tailored for pregnancy at every stage.
Is Pilates safe during pregnancy?
Yes—I'm a highly qualified instructor and have been teaching pregnancy pilates for over 12years. I have suported a range of pregnancies including IVF, twins, pelvic pain & more. Pregnancy Pilates is safe and highly beneficial. It can help with posture, reduce back pain, improve circulation, and prepare your body for birth.
What should I bring to class?
Just wear comfy clothes you can move in, bring a water bottle, and a mat or towel to go over my mat I provide. You can bring a small pillow for the relaxaton too. All other equipment will be provided.
Can I still join later in pregnancy?
Yes! Many women join during the second or even third trimester. Exercises are adapted to suit your energy levels and comfort.
What if I have pregnancy-related symptoms like pelvic pain or fatigue?
Let me know and I can give you more suitable exercises when needed or modify the exercises.
How big are the classes?
Maximum of 12 ppl, to ensure personal attention and safe, supported movement.

I can help ease common aches and pains experienced durng pregnancy and along side pregnancy pilates can make you expereicne of preganncy more ocmfortable.
