One2One postnatal sessions are tailored to your specific needs, starting with building basic core strength and progressing to more intense exercises once you’re ready. As your body recovers, we will gradually increase the intensity to help you burn calories, shed baby weight, and build muscle. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, regain strength, or simply feel more energized, your sessions will adapt to your body’s responses.
Each session can be modified as needed—if you’ve had a tough night with baby, we can reduce the intensity; if you’re feeling stronger, we can challenge you with more advanced moves. With my experience as a mum of 2 and over 20 years of working with postnatal women, I truly understand the unique challenges of this period in life. Together, we’ll find a balance that works for you and your lifestyle. I am experienced with working with mums with prolapses, pelvic floor issues, diasis recti, & c-section recovery.
