One 2 One Pilates Sessions
Personal sessions to support your body, at your pace
If you’re looking for a more personlised approach to Pilates — whether you’re just starting out, coming back after a break, or working with an injury — One2One sessions might be just what you need.
These private sessions are focused entirely on you: how you move, what you need, and how we can help you feel better in your body.
A one2one session can help grasp the basics and feel more confident in a class setting or maybe the times just dont work for you.
Who is it for?
One2One Pilates is ideal if:
You’re managing an injury or long-term condition
You’d like to feel stronger, but group classes feel a bit much right now
You’re returning to movement after a break or illness
You want a quieter space to focus and ask questions
Or you simply prefer one-to-one support
There’s no pressure to keep up or “get it right.” I will work at your pace — gradually building strength, ease, and confidence in how your body moves.
What to expect
Each session is shaped around you. We start with a quick chat about how you’re feeling and what you’d like to focus on. Then we move through a personalised session, checking in and adjusting as we go.
Sessions include:
Gentle, guided movement
Focus on breathing and posture
Hands-on support (in person) or clear verbal cues (online)
Space to ask questions and really tune in to what your body needs
You don’t need to be flexible or fit to start. You might be a new mum wanting to rebuild her core strength. Many clients come to me with back pain, stiffness, fatigue, or low confidence in their body — and we build from there, together.
Where and how?
You can come to the studio in Iver or we can work together online via Zoom or I can come to you. I’m experienced in each option — it just depends on what suits you best.
