As busy women, living in hectic times, caring for others, lets work to fespikey ball under footel good both inside and out.  Introducing HCR Rel-ease!  This programme will change FOREVER how you feel about ‘stretching’ and taking time out, ALONE for you own mind, body, soul and spirit!

Aches, pains and changes to one’s posture as we travel through life are pretty standard for most women and many simply ‘put up’ with muscular aches and a loss of freedom of movement when there are both simple and delicious solutions easily available to us.

The session is 75minutes, 60minutes of the class dedcated to release and relaxing tight muscles, dong different stretches and using foam rollers and massage balls, the final 15minutes is dedicated to stopping and switching off your mind, focusing on your breath to allow you to relax and put yourelf first.

  • Please bring: Mat or Towel, Small Towel & water.
  • Please wear: comfortable clothes you can move in & wear socks (grip socks recommended)
  • Small Hand equipment supplied (pilates ring, spikey ball, resitance bands &small pilates ball)
