Prehabilitation (Prehab) Before Surgery

Research shows that improving your strength, mobility and fitness before surgery can help support recovery afterwards. Prehab sessions are designed to prepare your body for the demands of surgery, helping you maintain strength, improve movement and build confidence ahead of your procedure.

Post-Surgery Recovery
