I’ve been seeing Natasha twice a week throughout my pregnancy as I had concerns about my core strength and general fitness following my last two pregnancies. I can honestly say that it has been a huge benefit and I can evidently see and feel a difference in my body’s ability by having worked with Natasha on 121 basis! She has coached me steadily to help me strengthen my core and work on my pelvic floor engagement. Sessions are relaxed and tailored to daily needs which is great, and she has lots of nuggets of helpful information stored away about pregnancy and how the body changes and operates in general which are useful to get to know!
