1 to 1 session in your own home, park or gym. The sessions are personally tailored to your needs to help you achieve your own goals. I will bring the equipment. Sessions can help you lose weight, tone-up, reduce blood pressure. Simple-Changes personal training specialises in weight-loss, ante-natal client and postnatal women. There are a variety of package to help you achieve your goal. I will offer advice to improve your diet to help you get good results, week by week.
One2One sessions more cost effective than joining a gym as so many people join the gym with great intentions but lose motivation and end up paying a month membership fee and not going.
If you are new to the gym having a trainer is the perfect way to ease you through those first nervous sessions making sure you are learning all the right techniques along the way.
